Looking at your jee mains rank it is very difficult to get a government college in Delhi. I would advise you to keep other colleges as a back up like GFTis. The cut offs depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
