if the candidate name does not mention on the entrance exam merit list...then he/she can directly take admission on k.b.m education college at jorhat ????

Hello candidate
If your name has not featured in the first list of counselling then you have to wait for the secound list to be released. If your name is featured there then you are eligible for the secound round of counselling and only if you are selected in that process will you get admission in the respective university/college.
