As per the question , let me tell you that these three subjects mathematics, physics , chemistry are the major subjects that would be required in jee mains.
The other eligiblity criteria is as follows:-
1- Candidates need to pass their 12th or equivalent examination from any board or university.
2- Candidates need to have 75% in their boards but now it has been removed due to covid. But hopefully next year it will be implemented.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that for the eligibility criteria for any candidates to appear and give JEE mains entrance exam - it's necessary to have maths, physics and chemistry as 3 major subjects in class 11th and 12th.
The eligibility criteria for jee mains exam is given below :

Students should have passed the 12th class or qualifying the exam in 2020 or 2021.

Candidates appearing in 12th class or equivalent qualifying exams in 2022 can also apply.
Age limit - No age limit to appear for JEE Main 2022 exam. Any student who has passed the 12th class or its equivalent exam in the year 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 can apply for the entrance exam.

Students can appear in the JEE Main exam for three consecutive years. The entrance test will be conducted four times a year.

B.E/B.Tech: He/She should have passed the qualifying exam with Physics, Mathematics, and any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject).

B.Arch: He/She should have passed the qualifying exam with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
