All you need to appear for CA-CPT Exam is Class 12 Pass Certificate from a recognised board of education. Doesn't matter you had economics subject or not.

Eligibility Criteria of CA Foundation 2018 (for 2018 session)-

Class 12 Qualification: The candidate must have passed Class 12 qualifying examination from a recognised board of education.
