Dear,

According to question if there is centre tapped recitifier then the output frequency will be double of the input AC signal's frequency. This happens because all the components in input signal are converted into positive components which is further doubled.Therefore both cycles are used for the corresponding ouput.

So,here Output frequency = 2*(input frequency) = 2f

Hence the correct answer is option (d).
