Correct Answer: 13.42%

Solution : Initial length = $l$
New length = $l + 0.07l = 1.07l$
Initial breadth = $b$
New breadth = $b+0.06b = 1.06b$
Initial volume = $v = l\times b\times h$
New volume = $1.07l \times 1.06b \times h = 1.1342 v$
$\therefore$ Percentage increase = $0.1342\times 100 = 13.42$%
Hence, the correct answer is 13.42%.
