You can work with IT company trying to develop HIS system (Hospital Information system) the whole management of data base so knowledge of hospital & healthcare & management can be applied  in different location position. You can become an Entrepreneur, You can supply all the material to the hospital required. There are plenty of opportunities outside of the hospital.
