Correct Answer: 7 : 3


Solution : $(3x+y):(3x-y) = 4:3$
$⇒\frac{3x+y}{3x-y} = \frac{4}{3}$
$⇒9x+3y = 12x-4y$
$⇒3x=7y$
$\therefore x:y=7:3$
Hence, the correct answer is 7 : 3.
