Hey Ayan.

For admission in Jadavpur University through WBJEE the cut off for the generap category for various branches you have mentioned were as follows

CSE- 153

ECE- 255

EE- 508

ME- 627

Considering this and your rank you do not seem to have any chance through WBJEE
