If there is any back on the 5thsem of the exam is there any chance I am eligible taking into account that my average is enough?

Dear Rakesh, achieving the required aggregate is fulfilling half of the eligibility criteria. You should achieve the required minimum aggregate while passing and cometing the required highest qualification. Having a backlog cannot be considered as to have passed the course. Sorry to disappoint you but with a backlog though you have the required aggregate you are not eligible.
