Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Telangana according to your profile.

So on such marks and category you would have very low chances of getting ESI MEDICAL COLLEGE, SANATHNAGAR, HYD according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 590 for ESI MEDICAL COLLEGE, SANATHNAGAR, HYD under state quota for General category and the cut-off marks for EWS category is generally around to that of General category means you should have your score around 590 then there would be some chances. But as of now from this year the IP quota has been removed and the seats filled up through IP quota in ESIC Medical/Dental colleges will be filled up by DGHS under AIQ. So there were total of 339 ESIC seats which have been shifted to AIQ.
