if there is gap during graduating years, will it affect my application to study overseas for masters ??

Nope! If you take gap due to any reason then there will not be any big problem. Although in certain schools, there can be extra credits to the marks you have acquired in your school as well as UG but such conditions of drop year don't effect your admission in any way.
