If this year I will join deemed University for dental. Next year if again i will qualify neet and will get govt quota. Can I able to join

You will only be able to do this after paying the whole fees of the BDS course in your Deemed University otherwise you will not be able to get your original documents back. Without these documents, you will not be able to take admissions elsewhere.
