if you are asking that if you have a backlog then can you fill the form, then the answer would be yes.

For 3year programme eligibility includes:

(1)Final year/ semester candidates are eligible for the 3 year program. The admission will be provisional till they do not clear the qualifying examination.

(2)Final semester mark sheet must be submitted at the time of counselling.

Application form for 3 year course would be available from second week of April 2019 till second week of may and exam is on May 11, 2019. for more details visit:
