If V = x^2 - 5x + 4 , find the acceleration of the particle when velocity of the particle is zero

Hello,

Velocity of the particle is given by, v = x^2 - 5x + 4 (Given)

Therefore, acceleration = dv/dt = d/dt(x^2 - 5x + 4)

= 2x * dx/dt - 5 * dx/dt

= 2x * v - 5 * v [We know, dx/dt = v]

When v = 0, Acceleration will be = 2x * 0 - 5 * 0 = 0

Therefore, Acceleration of the particle is 0 when velocity of the particle is 0 (Answer)
