State counselling will be overseen by the respective state's competent authority. The admission process, admission criteria, registration fee, counselling process and schedule will be different for each state. If you are willing to apply for counselling in more than two states then you need to attend the document verification in each state separately as per the schedule in the given mode that is either in online or offline mode. You will be eligible to get admission if your documents are successfully verified.

I hope you are doing fine, It is most important process for your admission into Medical college. When you choose your seat through All India Quota then your documents will be verified at Medical college itself. When it comes through state quota ,Document verification is undertaken by the Government of the respective state. So you need to verify your documents for each state if you are going for state counselling.
