If we are alloted private college in bihar but we dont want to take admission and participate in 2nd round, can we do that?

Hi Kalyani,

The option of free exit might not be there in state quota counselling.

If you are allocated a college in the first round and then you don't accept it then for second round fresh registration process will take place for students to register and participate in the counseling process, I guess.
