Dear Chandni, yes. You will have to pay the entire first year's fees at a time. The college fees particulars of the college you are interested in will be availble at mcc.nic.in. This might not include miscellaneous charges but you will have an idea of the fees involved.

After filling the registration form, candidates will be asked to pay the registration fee in online mode. Candidates will have to pay two kinds of fee non-refundable and refundable registration fees. They can use debit card/ credit card/ net banking etc., for the payment of the fee.

After the seats are allotted to the candidates, they will have to report to the allotted college within the time limit to confirm their seat. In case a candidate fails to reach the allotted colleges within given time period, then their seat will automatically be transferred to the next candidate.
