if we compare lower Nits and top universities provided through cucet exam, which is better for doing msc in chemistry.

Hi,
Well if you have the option of going to any one institute, either nit or Central University then I would suggest you to go for central university as the faculty and other opportunities will be more as the university is a amalgamation of all the courses that there are.
