if we consider last year rank for general it was 1661 and ou chd campus released it to be 540 so the candidates among 1661 who will fall under 540 will be consider for counselling

Hi Shruti,
You got it right. All the candidate who fall under the given criteria will be called for the counseling.
And Law colleges release name of students in 2-3 lists. The process go on for 3-4 weeks.
