If we couldn't upgrade college in Assam state quota 2nd counseling NEET-UG, should we go the college again for admission?Coz in new list, there's "Seat Retained" tag for students who didn't apply for 2nd counseling,but students who applied for 2nd counseling and didn't get new college don't have it

Since your seat did not get upgraded in the second round of neet assam state counselling, if you have retained your seat in the first roud of counselling you can finish the admission procedure for that seat (as of now there are going to be only 2 rounds of counselling in Assam). If you had 'surrendered' the seat in first round and did not manage to get a seat in the second round then you might not be able to retain the seat you had originally got in the first round.
