I assume you are asking about Maharashtra Agriculture admission counselling. The admission fee is an amount you have to pay to the respected college in which you get selected when you report for admission. If you are asking about the CAP round registration fee, then there will not be separate registration fee for each CAP round. You would have paid initially while registering and that is enough. So if you were not allotted seat in round 1 the  wait and attend round 2.
