No, you do not have to pay the counselling fee again in order to participate in AP EAPCET Second phase counselling. If you haven't secured seat in any institute you will be eligible to participate in second phase counselling directly. You do not have to register for the counselling and attend the document verification. Once your document verification is successful in first phase counselling there is no need to attend document verification in second phase counselling. You need to directly exercise fresh web options again in second round. The following candidates are eligible to participate in second phase counselling
- Candidates who aren't allotted seat in first phase
- Candidates who are allotted seat in first phase but cancelled the seat
- Candidates who are allotted seat in first phase, accepted the seat but wish to get seat in a better choice of institute/branch
- Candidates who haven't registered for first phase counselling
- Candidates who have registered but did not attend document verification in first phase counselling such candidates need to attend document verification in second phase counselling.
