Doing B. Pharma from private college doesn't matter , in today's time government and private college for b.pharama are similar if you have better skills and have a zeal to do big , now if you are doing it from private college then in future you definitely will have good opportunities but you directly will not for big options you can start with scratch and then with gaining experience big opportunities will be open for you.
Some of the future options after b.pharm are listed below:

• Clinical research associate.
• R and D scientist.
• Quality  control associate.
• Formulation  development associate.
• Drug inspector, etc.
