Dear Manoj, when they said "everything is fair in love and war", it was just a metaphor. History still calls out Brutus for backstabbing Julius. But there are instances that we read or come across in life like a child stealing food to feed his younger hungry brother or sister at home. Now situations like these call for Humanity on the part of the owner whose food was stolen. Now we do not know your situation per se. Common sense, wisdom and knowledge state that bad should be always avoided no matter what. But need and humanity triumph over bad. So you need to be neutral in this situation and chart down pros and cons and then decide what may be the ideal course of action. Having said that, tampering with evidences just for a good cause is not a good thing. It is illegal. Do not get yourself into anything that might harm your future in the long run. A break in the wall can never be fully repaired.
Hey there
I know this teenage is very complicated for you traveling on a wrong path is never good and so I won't advise to do bad thing for success. But I don't know what's your situation and in which context are you taking so it might be possible the bad thing you are talking about is not bad thing but just a way for success but only when it's not harming anyone.
Good luck
