12(4/15) % is equivalent to 46/375 which is option A. As 12(4/15) % will be converted in 184/15% and then we will do 184/1500  to convert it in fraction. Then to reduce it to aimplest form , we will divide numerator and denominator by 4  which is equivalent to 46/375.

The mixed fraction 12(4/15) can be written as (12 x 15 + 4) / 15

And when converted to percentage it can be written as the following

=>(12×15 + 4)/(15×100)

=>184/1500

=>92/750

=>46/375
