If we fill counselling form in ews category than we can only fight for increased seat in mbbs college or still eligible for other seats also

Well you will be eligible for other seats as well with the EWS category seats so you do not have to worry about that and you can live freely and smoothly.
Just attend the counseling with full ease and make sure that all your filled information are correct and authentic.
