Dear Lopa, infact you can. Lets say you have regustered under UR for Round 1 but are eligible for EWS reservation. When attending gor Round 2 counselling, you will get a Pop Up asking whether you would like to avail/partivipate in EWS reservation. Select 'Yes' in order to claim EWS reservation. For now, EWS reservation is available only in Central Universities in All India Counselling. Please go through this page for more information:
