Hi the college that you will get 413 marks depends on which state you belong to and which category are you from. In most of the states if you are from general category you could get into BDS colleges but I need to know your state and category to tell you for sure. Cutoffs very every year and this year cutoffs are going to rise because exam was easier than last year and students are performed well.

Rest colleges have high cutoffs for government seats. You could try private colleges too
