If we get 99 percentile in cmat should we fills forms for college seperatly or should we fill dte CAP will it automatically consider cmat

I would suggest you to kindly do more research. In my experience, I have understood that we have to fill the college forms separately and apply through CMAT. Otherwise, the colleges won't accept the CMAT scores.
