if we get marks less than cut off.,.... We wont get seat..... Is there any chances of paying fees to attain the seat???

Hi Madhu

The way your are suggesting can only be done un private medical colleges who takes some donation fee.But now since every college consider NEET score ,you must have qualifying marks in NEET then only you can think of the mentioned way .

I got 353 marks in general category.... .How much will b the fees for me?

Dear with the marks we can't tell the fees. Private colleges has normally same fee u till or unless you have some scholarships
