Hello student!
Semi-government colleges are half private and half government.They are known as society colleges as well (different from deemed one's).
- These colleges are not directly run by government but under the control of government that is not government owned but government aided.
There are 3 types of seats to get admission on-
- Govt seat:The fees is same as a govt college seat.
- Payment seat:The fees is higher than that of govt. one's but lower than that of private or deemed colleges.
- NRI seat-For NRI students or students having NRI parents.
