If we go for second cap round do we have to select another colleges once again or we have to fight again for the first selected colleges?

Hi there.
It is your wish , if you wish to compete for same colleges than you can . Otherwise you can add other colleges too . You can change preferences and add or subtract colleges as per your choice.
No restrictions. you can go both ways .but it is better to keep options.
