IF WE HAVE BACKLOGS WE ARE UNABLE TO WRITE GATE EXAM?
Hello ,No backlogs don't have any effect regarding GATE examination. As the eligibility criteria for GATE exam is if you are present in your third year , fourth year or passed out of your engineering degree. But you need to clear your backlogs to get the degree.
Hope it helps. Thank you.
Hello!
Hope you are doing well.
To be eligible to write GATE exam, you should be either in the final year of B.Tech or you should have passed your B.Tech.
If you are in the final year, you still have a chance to clear your backlogs. And if you have passed your B.Tech, that could only be if you have passed all subjects and cleared all backlogs.
You are eligible to write the GATE exam only if you have cleared all your previous backlogs. You cannot appear for the exam with pending backlogs.
Hope this helps. All the best!
