Akshii, RBA and EWS are 2 different quotas. RBA stands for Resident of Backward Area and EWS stands for Economically Weaker section. RBA and EWS have 10% reservation each. Now RBA Category is for those Candidates belonging to General Category but belong to backward areas of J& K. But EWS is now a Special Category for those Candidates belonging to General Category and whose annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum. So if you belong to RBA and General Category, you ave to use RBA reservation.
Having said all this, if you haven't selected EWS as your Category during while the NEET application form, you cannot select it now. Your only chance will be to select RBA. No the Category you have mentioned during the form filling is only considered to be Ultimate . You are not eligible or capable to make any change after the correction window is closed. You will be given seat under general category if you haven't mentioned your category during the registration process.
