If we ignored a question (doesn't see it as well) ,will we get the +4 or no marks at all?

An unanswered question carries neither negative marking nor positive marking. If you have left any question unanswered, it doesn't get any negative points. And it also doesn't get positive marks either. In other words, unanswered questions have no impact on your score card.
