If we join to allotted college in AIQ ROUND 1 with ORIGINAL MARKSHEETS etc. then afterwards if we have to resign for better college joining in STATE councilling is there any time limit for getting back the ORIGINAL MARKSHEETS from the college we have resigned ? Any alternate option for this ?
Hello Dear Student,
If you will report at alloted College of Round 1 and Submit your documents then if you are interested in upgradation or if you want to go with the Seat of State Counselling then you have to take permission from the Nodal officer present in the Alloted college for upgradation. Later if you got the seat in State Counselling and you are interested in it then you have to withdraw your documents from Alloted College of Round 1 and you have to take a Relive order. And Yes there is a time limit to do all these things, Generally you have to complete all these things before last date of Reporting in Respective College.
After Round 1, I will suggest you to participate either in State Counselling or All India Counselling, don't participate in both the Counselling simultaneously because later if you switch from All India Counselling to State Counselling or Vice versa then your Counselling Security Deposit of One Counselling (from which you are taking exit) will be Forfeit.
Please Read "Counselling Scheme" brochure present on Official website of MCC for more information.

Hey,
In case you have allotted a seat in the first round of counseling and you have taken admission in the college you have been allotted you will be required to submit your documents.
In case you want to withdraw your seat and sit for the state counseling you can do that. You will be surely provided with some time to submit your documents once released from the college.
For safe side you should make a copy of your documents so that you can submit it on a temporary basis and once you get your certificate from the first college and then submit it.
Hope that helps
Thank you.
