if we leave a gov bams college after 1 year do we have to pay a penalty for it ,

Hey student,
There won't be a problem for you in changing your college after an year but you will have to pay the entire course fees to the present college as they are losing a potential candidate for the rest of the course. You should also first confirm to the new college if they accept a student for 2nd year.
