You'll be declared as fail.
The official criteria for passing in each subject is for TS SSC board is:
Pass marks for all the subjects is 35. That means candidates shall secure 35 marks in each subject both Summative and Formative marks put together. However, the candidates should secure a minimum of 28 marks out of 80 in the Board Exam to declare them as passed.
The score in given in grade points (GP) ranging from 3 to 10 and grades.
If you fail in a subject, you fail overall
Although they will conduct the advanced supplementary exam for those candidates who failed after declaration of result.

Hi saketh!! Hope you are doing well!!It depends on which exam you are talking about. As all exams have different criterias. Some exams are required to get minimum marks in both the papers to be considered as pass. On the other hand, in other exams you just need to bring overall cutoff marks to be considered as pass, so even if you bring less marks in paper 2 but you have a very good score in paper 1 such that you are scoring more than the passing marks then you will be considered as pass.
