There are different rules of refunding fee of different counseling authorities. But thay have one policy in common, that is, counseling fee is not refundable and if the candidate attend a single class of the course/college or apply for refund after commencement of classes, then the fee is not refundable. However, in any other cases it is refundable by deduction of some amount such as they may refund 50% or 60% of the total fee deposited. You can chefk the refund policy by visiting the official website of the counselling authority.
