Both the exams have same syllabus. But the problem is neet comes mostly from NCERT and a little from outside which is just the opposite of AIIMS. AIIMS questions usually are outside based(although same syllabus ) and the main difference is Assertion-Reasoning question (about 60 questions) and General knowledge( 20 questions) in it.
