Being from General Category, With a Rank fo 76k in JEE Main, you wont secure a seat in any NIT as well as any IIIT or GFTI in JoSAA. On such rank you have almost no chances for any of the NITs until and unless you belongs to some north-eastern state like Assam, Sikkim and likewise even on such rank you have very less chances for GFTIs as the closing rank for Other state quota goes till 60-65k in JOSAA counselling.
