Candidates need to be graduate in any stream for appearing UPSC Civil Services examination. Those candidates who will be shortlisted by the Commission for taking the Civil Services (Main) Examination will be required to produce academic proof of passing the requisite examination (Graduation Degree Certificate) with their application for the Mains Examination. However, you must be between 21 to 32 years of age.

The eligibilty criteria of IAS Exam Are as follows:
!. Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognized universities.
2. Candidates who are yet to appear for the qualifying examination are also eligible for the Preliminary Examination.
3. Such candidates have to produce proof of passing the said examination along with the application for the Main Examination Candidates with professional and technical qualifications recognized by the Government.
4. They must submit a certificate from the concerned University that they have passed the finals.

Yes, you are eligible. The exam council does not specify any particular subject in graduation for qualifying. Do keep awareness about subjects other than History for the personality test and interview, though.
Since Union Public Service Commision (UPSC) only requires applicants to be graduates and does not particularise any specific field of Bachelor's degree to apply successfully for UPSC Civil Services, you are eligible to appear for the exam after passing graduation. However, you must be at least 21 years of age and should be below 32 years; years to be calculated on the basis of candidates' age as on August 1 of the year of applying.
