Yes, you can give NEET 2021 with B Pharma 1st year. But for the admission process if you secure a seat in any of the medical colleges further, you'll  be needing your original certificates.

For that you might have to talk to your college authority and you might should pay the whole 3year fees for that. It would be better if you talk to your college authority of the same before hand itself. It's not necessary to complete you 1st year.

In your case, your qualification code will be 02.

Code 2 is for a candidate who has completed their qualifying examination that is equivalent to +2  in your case with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.

Though you are in 1st year of b pharma, your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains your 10+2

While, those who have passed 1st year of 3 year graduation with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
