If you do BA Economics in PSG or Loyola do you also have to take French as a second language

Well if i talk about Loyola then as per my opinion if you will choose your first language while apply.And then the first language you have the choose Tamil,Hindi,french.As well in the first and second semester you have taught only hindi.After third and fourth semester you have to choose secondary language Tamil or french
