No, you can apply for JEE mains because the eligibility criteria for JEE mains also includes that the candidate has to score a minimum of 75% in his/her 12th, and for SC/ST/PwD criteria the aggregate marks are a minimum of 65% to get a seat in NIT/IIIT/GFITs. Hence if you qualify 12th with 65% under the general category you aren't eligible to attempt JEE Mains under Eligibility Criteria for admission to NITs/IIITs/CFITs.
For detailed information refer to the below link. Also, the Eligibility Criteria is present in the below link.

Hope this answer helps you.
All the best!!!!
First you need to calculate your percentage of the best five subjects, if you have scored more than 75% then you are eligible for admission to iit/nit/iiit/gfti, if you score less than 75% then you can definitely give jee but would not be eligible for jee advanced and admission to iit/nit/iiit/gfti.
Hi.
Your percentage is (322/500) 64.4% thus you will not be able to take admission in any IIT/NIT/GFTIs because, Candidates should have passed class 12th with a minimum of 75% marks or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination (65% for SC/ST candidates)
Good Luck
hello,
