IGNOU is the largest open university in India offering courses in various discipline, and the degree it offers are valid and recognized, if you're interested to apply for MEG that is Master's in English then follow the steps as mentioned below-

Register at the admission portal of IGNOU at https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/, click on " new registration ", provide username which should be between 8 t0 16 character, your full name, email-id, mobile number, password, and register yourself,  you need to login with the username and password, further you will be required to provide

personal details such as pertaining to religion,guardian's name and relation, category, marital status, alternate email-id, mobile number

programme details which includes mode of study, programme type, program for enrollment, region centre, medium, programme study centre, and qualification details such as year of passing/qualication/percentage of marks/main subjects/board code/board roll number/duration and choose the mode of study materials(if you go for digital mode then you'll receive 15% discount in program fee),

next you need to upload the required scanned photograph, signature and other required documents ,

go through the filled in form, make sure you have entered all correct information, then proceed towards paying the requisite fee through net banking/debit card/credit card/atm,

At last take a print out of few copies of the completed application form for future references,
