As you have mentioned that you have got 98.1 percentile in jee mains and considering your home state is Telangana and also taking into consideration that you are from obc category, so let me tell you that your rank would be somewhat around 22k.

And as you told that you want nit Warangal cse so you won't get here as the cut off is way higher. You have to be under atleast under 5k to get there and obc category rank should be under 800.
