Ihave got 96.37 percentile in jee mains i am from OBC category which nit i get

Hello.

Congratulations you got a good score.

You can get core branches at middle layered nits like Jaipur, bhopal, kurukshetra etc.,

If you desire to join in top nits, then you have to go with non core branches like biomedical/biotechnology/chemical/metallurgy &material,  mining etc.,

Since you are from OBC category, you have a chance at lower tier NITs like Jamshedpur, Manipur, Patna and Meghalaya. Courses like CSE or IT will be hard to get but you might have a shot at Biotechnology or Civil Engineering. Hope this helps. Good luck.
