Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat in top 5 engineering colleges in Bangalore with this rank. Even if you get a good and decent college, you cannot get for a branch like CSE or ISE or ECE. To get a seat in top engineering college, your rank should be within 2000 for a safer side. I'm afraid is virtually impossible for you to get CSE in either of RVCE, BMSCE, MSRIT, BIT or DSCE.

Going by the 2018 official cutoff list published by COMEDK, you can expect EIE or IEM at Bangalore Institute of Technology. You also have a good probability of getting AUE, Biotech, EIE, IEM and Telecommunication Engineering at DSCE.

Sorry to say but your rank is really very low to get a good branch in top 5 colleges you need atleast rank below 3k to get good branch in top 5 colleges in Bangalore.

You can't expect any branch in these top colleges. But you can try for other colleges outside Bangalore and can try for non- popular branches if you want to.
